Paradigm Shift full-time staff members work on a non-remunerative basis and rely on support from family, friends and donors to fund their period of employment in South Africa. Our team works out of a commitment to poverty alleviation and a heart for Africa. Your support makes it possible for them to give freely of their time and talents to Paradigm Shift.

Church Matching Program
Churches and community organizations across South Africa are ready to launch the Paradigm Shift program in their communities, but they need your help to make it happen. Through our Church Matching Program, you can help a South African faith or community-based organization to implement the Paradigm Shift program and provide training to entrepreneurs in their communities.
